Update: That is not a picture of Hurricane Isabella. It is not, however a fake; just misrepresented. It is apparently from Cyclone* Graham in the Pacific Ocean about 6 months ago. Link 1 and Link 2.

In the Pacific, a "hurricane" is a "cyclone." Otherwise the same, AFAIK.

I don't know where the picture came from, but I saw it on Victor's weblog.
